Russ is the owner of Three Rivers Inspection & Engineering, Inc. and lead engineer/home inspector trainer. Russ has inspected/assessed greater than 15,000 homes. Russ received his engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.
